While waiting to here back from a U-2 unit I'm doing a print for, I got bored and was looking for something to work on... decided upgrade my old F-4 from a couple years back. Started out as a simple texture/shader update to bring the shader quality up to what I have with my F-22, but turned into re-rigging the tail-cones (and figuring out the best way to do it in Carrara), and scattered remesh'ing of the the aircraft.











We'll see how far this goes!... especially as I will be moving to a new base in ~3 months...

Base paintjob laid down!... just need to find a specific patch/"noseart" that goes just behind the intakes...

Nice to see a revisit to old models, looking forward to more texturing/shading work!

Will definitely have to rework the cockpit interior.

very nice model. If I could have an opinion for it. The intake also could be adjust some point, I think the real is not such a curved shape instead of rectangular and straight edge.
